How to get started at Bidmos

Q. Is registration free?

A. To shop at Bidmos you'll need to register for an account. It's free and very easy. Sign up Now. When you register, we will ask you for your name, email address, and preferred username and password. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email.

Q. No confirmation email was received. What should I do?

A. Sometimes our emails get filtered out and placed in your spam folder. If it is not found in your spam folder, please send us an email from your email account you registered to support@bidmos.com

Q. Are products brand new?

A. All products offered on Bidmos are brand new and come with manufacture warranty.

Auctions

Q. How to buy bids?

A. After you register purchase bids for $0.60 each and each credit allows you to place a bid in auction. Simply go to your "My Bidmos" and click "Buy Bids". There are several BidPacks available - the more bids you buy, the more you save!

Q. How do Auctions Work?

A. Auctions start with a price tag of $0.00. Every time someone places a bid the clock goes up a maximum of 15 seconds. Every bid increases the price of the item by $0.01. If no one else bids when the clock strikes 00:00:00 you win!

Q. How do I Win an Auction?

A. Start by placing a bid. If you place a bid and no one else bids, once the timer hits zero you WIN!

Q. How do I Pay for My Winnings?

A. After winning an auction you will immediately have the option to pay for the product at the price you won it for. If you want to pay for it later simple click on the "Won Auctions" link in "My Bidmos".

Q. Can Everyone Be a Winner?

A. Yes. At Bidmos EVERYONE is a winner. If you don't win the auction you are participating in, we are giving you the opportunity to use the money spend in bids for that particular products, as discount towards the BUY NOW price and purchase the product with discount equaled the money you spend on bids. For example, lets say you participate in auction for a laptop computer with "Buy Now" price $500 and you spend $100 in bids trying to win this particular auction, you automatically become eligible to purchase this laptop for $400 ( Buy Now price $500 minus $100 spend in bids = $400).Won bids packages are not deducted from the actual price of products. Please keep in mind that this option depends on the actual number available products.

Q. What is "Buy Now" feature?

A. Bidmos offer "Buy Now" feature. This is the option buying the item. We apply your cost of bids spend in auction trying to win the product to the retail price of the item. You will pay the difference and the item is yours. The auction will continue as normal for all other bidders, even if someone uses the Buy Now option. There will be no limit to how many bidders can decide to use Buy Now. To use the Buy Now feature, you must have placed at least one bid in the auction. All "Buy Now" items are depend on availability.

Q. How many auctions can I win?

A. Bidmos allows ten (10)wins in a 28 day period and three (3) wins allowed per day. Items purchased through the "Buy It Now" option "do not count" towards your auction limits. All "Buy Now" items are depend on availability.

Q. Can I change my password?

A. Yes you can. Go to "My Bidmos" and click "Change Password" then follow on- screen instructions.

Q. I forgot my Username and Password?

A. Click the "Forgot Password?" link under the login and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q. Can I change my current address?

A. Go to "My Bidmos" and click "My Address". Follow on-screen instructions.

Q. Where I can buy bids?

A. Go to "My Bidmos" and click "Buy Bids" an chose the best BidPak for you.

Q. Can I cancel my account?

A. We're sorry to hear you want to leave us! If you have a concern you wish to address before deactivating your account, please contact support@bidmos.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you still wish to cancel your account, please send us e-mail with subject "unsubscribe" and will be deleting you from our system.

Shipment and Returns

Q. When is my order shipped?

A. Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of processing your item. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your package.

Q. Shipping Rates

A. All shipping costs to ship your item(s) are displayed on each auction. Shipping prices vary depending on size and shape of each package. Before every order Bidmos clearly states all costs including your shipping cost.

Q. Do you ship International?

A. Bidmos only delivers to the United States & Canada right now. We are looking to expand globally in the near future.

Q. I want to return my product

A. We're sorry that you have received an item with which you are not happy. If this occurs, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible. If, within seven (7) business days of delivery of an item, you decide you no longer want the item, for any reason, Bidmos will refund you the amount that you paid for the item as well as any original processing costs.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork. No exceptions. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly ensure all merchandise being returned to Bidmos.com

Any item that falls outside of 30 days from the delivery date is not eligible for a return. We do not reimburse any return shipping costs except if an item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect; we will certainly replace the item.
